Computer control application system

PLUG & PLAY device working in HID standard – does not require any drivers. Ready for use when connected.

Remote control set is receiver-transmitter system.

It cooperates with remote controls with different number of keys.
It uses infrared and radio waves.
Set can be detected by computer as keyboard or mouse as well as device dedicated to the specific application driver. It has the possibility of activating the computer from sleep state.
It does not require any specific drivers – it uses system HID driver, which can operate on different platforms.
It is adapted to Windows Media Center system control.
Cooperation with irPC program.
Built-in infrared transmitter allows computer to control other devices under infrared control (e.g. audio/video devices, lighting).

System receives signals in infrared line in fixed format – similar to RC5 code. In addition, it can identify commands transformed by Windows XP MCE transmitter. It cooperates with the group of remotes adjusted to the set, which altogether constitute a full set.
There is the possibility of inserting an additional fragment of code, which distinguishes one system from another long run produced system – it allows to dedicate remote control system to specific use.
Built in infrared transmitting system set allows to control devices which are placed within the same room – e.g. activating audio/video device or lighting with the use of computer program.
Transmitting system enables programming of remote control with the computer data – e.g. data downloaded from the internet. Thus, it is possible to configure the remote in such a way that a number of keys transfers infrared codes in accordance with client’s device and allows to e.g. turn on a TV set.

Radio system has the receiver-transmitter function. It operates in parallel with infrared line. Commands can be transmitted within the two lines simultaneously. Obviously, it is possible to block infrared line if necessary.
Radio remote control is synchronized with the set, thus there is no possibility of involuntary control with the use of similar radio system.
Transmission line enables remote control which goes beyond the room, e.g. controlling a radio set placed in different room, which transmits infrared commands.

System is detected by computer as a set of USB HID devices. It does not require specific drivers and can operate on different platforms.
These several USB-HID devices are: keyboard, mouse, multimedia keyboard, sleep button, Win XP MCE remote control keys. Each of these sections can be switched off.
In addition, all the keys transmit to the computer codes of general, additional HID device (vendor-defined usage). Thus, the receiver can be dedicated to control specific applications, including those which work in the background.
The source of the codes (infrared or radio line) does not make any difference.
The data transmitted within infrared line enables wide frequency range signal processing at any duration.
